Dictate IT produces a range of reports comprising detailed analysis of activity, accuracy and billing. These provide management with an informed overview of work levels, costs and adherence to service-level agreements.
Strong performance management is supported by monitoring and measuring crucial aspects of the workflow, including:
Productivity details, e.g. volumes per author, per transcriptionist and/or per department
Process tracking, e.g. monitoring total number outstanding jobs and discarded tasks
KPI measurement, e.g. transcriptionist typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency and efficient use, e.g. monitor transcriptionist skills and editing behaviour
A number of standard productivity reports come with the Dictate IT platform. In addition, the system uses SQL reporting services, which allow for reports to be created using standard Microsoft Reporting Services functionality. The Report Builder Client (which comes with Reporting Services) enables users to create and publish their own reports.
Information contained within these reports, should help trusts to run a comprehensive audit review aimed at facilitating operational efficiency, meeting budgets and sustaining targets. Identification of backlogs and trends in activity, work volumes, and turnaround times also optimises production.
